– Late payments may result in suspension or termination of class access.
– Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
– Proper dance attire, as recommended by the instructor, must be worn.
– Studio Rebel Dance reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or venue when necessary.
– Any missed classes due to personal reasons will *not* be refunded but may be compensated by attending an alternative session (subject to availability).
– If a student fails to attend classes for four consecutive weeks without prior notice, their enrollment may be canceled without refund.
– All students must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
– Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct will lead to immediate suspension or expulsion without a refund.
– Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The studio will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.
– Smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use is strictly prohibited on studio premises.
– By participating in dance classes, students acknowledge the physical nature of the activity and accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
– Studio Rebel Dance, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages occurring on the premises or during off-site events.
– Students must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before enrolling.
– Any choreography, training material, videos, or performances created by Studio Rebel Dance are the exclusive property of the studio.
– Students may not record, distribute, or replicate class content without prior written permission.
– The studio reserves the right to use photos or videos taken during classes, workshops, and events for promotional purposes. If a student objects to this, they must submit a written request to opt-out.
– Studio Rebel Dance reserves the right to deny or terminate services if a student fails to comply with these terms.
– Any student engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior may be dismissed without a refund.
