– If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), students will receive either a *rescheduled class or a credit* for future use.
– If a workshop or special event is canceled by the studio, students will receive a *full refund* processed within *7 business days*.
– *Regular Classes: If a student cancels their enrollment after payment, **no refunds* will be provided. However, they may transfer their enrollment to another batch (subject to availability).
– *Workshops & Special Events*:
– Cancellations made *at least 48 hours* before the event will receive a *50% refund*.
– Cancellations made within *48 hours of the event start* will *not* be eligible for a refund.
– *Membership & Subscription Plans*:
– Students must provide at least *7 days’ notice* before renewal to cancel a membership.
– Partial refunds will *not* be issued for unused portions of a membership.
– Approved refunds will be *processed within 7 business days* from the date of approval.
– Refunds will be credited back to the *original payment method within 7 business days*.
– Processing delays may occur depending on the payment provider.
– If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, they may request a reschedule within the *same month*, subject to availability.
– Workshop or event registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
– Registration fees, promotional discounts, and special offer packages are *non-refundable*.
